The Allicock Group needed a comprehensive, engaging training program to orient and upskill paraprofessionals in the U.S. education system. The goal was to ensure participants understood their role within the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), ethical responsibilities (including FERPA compliance), and effective collaboration practices with teachers and specialists.

My task was to design and develop a comprehensive eLearning course including 6 modules that combined legally accurate, accessible content with interactive, scenario-based learning to drive real-world application.
